Created to give you the best version of what we have to offer in a self study form. Where most of our material is coach driven, this 10-week intensive is a deep dive into the physiology of breath-work, stress tolerance & the fundamentals of functional training.
Before you start the course we've provided a number of educational materials to familiarize you with the science of our process as we'll prepare you to guide yourself through the unfamiliar practices you'll be introduced to.
Think of this as a deep dive into SELF REGULATION & STRUCTURAL STABILITY nicely packaged into a program that will take your physical & mental well-being through the roof.
